This is our Martial Art Pre School. 

We teach the basics of Jiu-Jitsu while building physical fundamentals to turn our little ones in to ninjas. This class is more than Martial arts. Its huge for development of our youths body mechanics and mental awareness. 

Ages: 4-5yrs old

Jiu-jitsu- Tuesday and Thursday  

Time: 5:00pm-5:30pm

Nogi Jiu-Jitsu is is  without the Gi. This discilpline teaches you to control an opponent on the ground using control in various positions and  using submissions for self defense and competition. 

Ages: 6yrs - 13yrs

Classes:  Tuesday and Thursday 

Time: 6:30pm

Nogi Jiu-Jitsu is  brazillian Jiu-jitsu without the  Kimono (Gi).

A mixture of jiu-jitsu and wrestling is implemented to establish control  and use sumbission to dominate our opponent when defending yourself or incompetition. .

 Kickboxing is a form of martial arts derived from karate. It borrows moves from multiple types of martial arts including full-contact karate, Muay Thai, and boxing.

Fun class! Great for self defense and competition.

Ages: 6yrs - 15yrs

Classes: Tuesday and Thursday 

Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm

 Muay Thai (Together in Thai Land) is the art of 8 points where  punches, elbows, kicks,  knees and clinch are used as weapons for self defense and competition.  

Class: Monday, Wednesdays 7:30pm

Friday 6:30pm

Ages 14+ Classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm to 8:00pm 

We are a USA Boxing Certified and Affiliated school. Boxing is a great disclpline of using punches and movement for self-defense and competition. Come try this class!

Tuesday and Thursdays  at 5:30pm

Youth boxing is a beginner-advanced-friendly focused on developing technical boxing skills and athletic performance in boys and girls. Our original and educational approach to teaching is what makes this class popular with kids and teens.
